AISI 1045/1085 (C45-C84)

Balls made of this kind of material offer the advantage of a through hardness and consequently higher wear and load resistance compared to normal case-herdened carbon balls.

In addition, high-carbon steel balls are cheaper than UNI100 C6 chrome balls and are perfectly suitable for varius inclustrial applications which don’t need the use of higher cost chrome balls.

The most common applications include bicycle accessories, ball bearings for fumiture, sliding guides hardware and fumiture fittings conveyor rollers high load carrying capaciry wheels, ball bearings in general.
